Project Description

The nursing home is one level below hospital standard in providing nursing care to aged 65 and over; whose physical or mental conditions have deteriorated to capacity beyond Residential Care Home for Elderly.

The site faces Wong Chu Road with a vehicular flyover. The orientation of the block has the public area facing Wong Chu Road, and the ward wings facing away to mitigate noise pollution.

The building is design of a central nursing core with 3 ward wings, the central core also forms an atrium for the entrance lobby at ground level.
